HSE Internship Procedure
Internship for Human Security Engineering (Short term: two weeks or longer) :2credits
Advanced Capstone Project (Long term: two months or longer) :8credits
Required Documents
Documents to be submitted to the HSE Center for HSE internship is as follows.
Please consult with your supervisor and a secretary of your laboratory and submit to HSE center one week in advance of your departure.
1.Notice
HSE-004: Notice of Internship for Human Security Engineering or HSE-005: Notice of Advanced Capstone Project*Submit to your supervisor and HSE Center(kyomu_gcoe@hse.gcoe.kyoto-u.ac.jp).
2.Internship Agreements
HSE-028: Internship (ORT subjects) Agreements*Submit an original with your supervisor's signature to HSE center.
*Download HSE-008: Emergency Contact, and carry it at all times during your internship.
3.Internship Report
