Outline
The 2nd GSGES Global COE Workshop in FY2009 was held at Yoshida Campus in Kyoto University on December 21, 2009. In December 2009, we had seven Malaysian visitors from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) under the JSPS-VCC Core University Program (Group 5), so that we organized a joint program of GSGES GCOE workshop and JSPS-VCC seminar on the date. Then, this workshop additionally has a special mission to extend our GCOE research activities to Malaysia, and enhanced human relationships between GSGES faculty members and Malaysian researchers.
